Artitude: The Art of Attitude and Self-Expression

Welcome back to No More Nonsense Please! Today, I'm introducing Artitude - a word you won't find in any dictionary, but one that could transform how you express yourself and navigate life.

In this world, it's very common - we're constantly pushed to fit in, conform and follow the herd. But your Artitude is what sets you apart. It's the rebellion of self-expression, your creativity combined with your perspective is the most powerful tool you possess. It's your unique blend of how you express yourself and how you show up in the world. In this post, you'll learn:
  1. What Artitude is and why it matters
  2. The 4 steps to cultivate your own Artitude
  3. Why hiding your Artitude costs more than expressing it
  4. How to start your Artitude journey today
If you're short on time, jump to the section that calls to you. Otherwise, keep reading for the full exploration.

# What is Artitude?

Artitude: Art (creative self-expression) + Attitude (intentional mindset).

Artitude is a blend of Art and Attitude. It's about how your creative self-expression and your mindset work together to shape your personality and impact your life. This isn't just for artists - everyone can discover their own Artitude.

Think about it:
✓ A writer expresses Artitude through words
✓ A designer expresses Artitude through visuals
✓ A leader expresses Artitude through decisions
✓ A parent expresses Artitude through values
✓ YOU express Artitude through your unique way of being

Artitude is the intersection of creativity and conviction. It's not about talent or skill - it's about authenticity. It's about taking what makes you different and turning it into what makes you powerful.

# The Two Components of Artitude

Artitude isn't a single thing - it's made up of two powerful forces working together:

  1. Art (Your Expression): Art is how you communicate who you are. Across all of human history, people have always found ways to express themselves. Whether it's singing, writing, painting, dancing, designing, speaking or leading - these are all forms of art.

    YOUR art is YOUR skill.
    YOUR voice.
    YOUR vision.

     - Some people channel it through creativity
     - Some people channel it through innovation
     - Some people channel it through their presence and compassion

From birth, you start expressing. You cry to communicate. You draw to express. You speak to share. Your art has been evolving your entire life. The question is: are you honoring it or hiding it?

  2. Attitude (Your Mindset): Attitude is how you choose to show up. It's the mental stance you take toward life, toward yourself and toward others. Your attitude shapes every decision you make.

    Attitude is Everything.

     - How you face challenges
     - How you treat failures
     - How you interact with others

Your attitude can be positive, negative or neutral. But only a conscious, intentional attitude - one that aligns with your values - creates real impact. Your attitude decides whether your art will create fear or inspiration in others.

# Why Artitude Matters

In a world of 8 billion people, most of us are taught to be the same. Same education. Same careers. Same values. Same dreams. The pressure to conform is suffocating. But history shows us something different: the people who changed the world were those who dared to be different.

  • Steve Jobs didn't follow the tech industry formula - he actually revolutionized it with his unique vision.
  • Virat Kohli didn’t tone down his intensity - he made it the new standard.
  • BeyoncĂ© didn't fit the mold - she created her own.
What made them powerful wasn't just their talent. It was their Artitude—they combined their creative expression with an unwavering conviction about what mattered.

Artitude matters because:
  1. It gives you confidence: When you're expressing your authentic self with intentional attitude, you stop seeking validation from others.
  2. It creates impact: People are drawn to authenticity. Your genuine expression inspires others to find theirs.
  3. It builds resilience: When you're aligned with your values, setbacks don't break you—they redirect you.
  4. It sets you free: You stop wasting energy pretending to be someone else. That energy now fuels growth.
  5. It defines your legacy: Your Artitude is what you leave behind. It's how people remember you.

# How to Cultivate Your Artitude

Now the important question: How do you actually develop your Artitude? How do you move from awareness to action?

Here's the truth: Artitude isn't something you're born with. It's something you build. Every single day.

Step 1: Identify Your Art
What form of expression calls to you? What makes you lose track of time?

 - What could you spend hours on without feeling drained or bored?
 - What makes your heart race with genuine excitement?
 - What activities leave you feeling deeply happy and satisfied afterward?

Your art isn't about being "good enough." It's about being authentic. Your unique perspective is an art form in itself.

Step 2: Define Your Attitude
What do you stand for? What values matter to you?

 - Do you show up when life gets hard, or do you give up?
 - Do you build others up or tear them down?
 - Do you embrace growth or resist change?

Your attitude is a choice. Every single day, you choose who you want to be.

Step 3: Align Them Together
Now comes the magic: combine your art with your attitude.

 - When your art is presence and your attitude is “I show up fully,” that’s Artitude.
 - When your art is leadership and your attitude is “I empower, not control,” that’s Artitude.
 - When art is what you do and attitude is how you do it, Artitude is the moment the two finally meet.

Artitude is born the moment your art and your attitude finally move in the same direction.

Step 4: Express It Without Fear
This is where most people stop. They know what they stand for, but they're afraid to show it.

 - You might be judged.
 - You might fail publicly.
 - Your idea might be rejected.

But here's what's more certain: if you don't express your Artitude, you'll regret it. You'll spend your life wondering "what if."

# The Journey of Artitude

Your Artitude is not a destination. It's a journey.

Some days you'll feel confident, fully expressed, unstoppable.
Some days you'll feel scared, doubting yourself, wondering if it's worth it.

Both days are part of the process.

What matters is that you keep going. That you keep creating. That you keep showing up as your authentic self with conviction about what you stand for.

You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to be like anyone else. You just need to be you. Fully. Fearlessly. Authentically.

Because the world doesn't need another version of someone else. The world needs YOU.
Your Artitude - Your expression, Your voice, Your vision, Your presence.
It matters. You matter.

So here's my final question for you:

What's your Artitude?
What is that unique blend of art and attitude that makes you, YOU?

Don't just think about it - write it down. Own it. And most importantly, start expressing it today.
The world is waiting for what only you can create.

Wrap Up Crap!!!

Today, we're introducing a powerful life strategy that can transform how you handle challenges: "Wrap Up Crap." But before you dismiss this title, understand this - every person struggles with unnecessary drama, unresolved conflicts, lingering doubts and overwhelming worries. These are what we call "Crap" - the mental and emotional baggage that weighs us down.

The real problem isn't spotting these issues - most of us already know what's wrong in our lives. The hard part is actually taking action to fix them. And when it comes to fixing problems, most people fall into one of three traps:
  1. Ignore it (hoping it goes away)
  2. Dwell on it (wasting precious time)
  3. Let it consume their energy (affecting their potential)
But what if there was a better way? What if instead of avoiding or dwelling on life's challenges, you could "Wrap them up" and move forward with clarity and purpose?

This article explores the concept of "Wrap Up Crap" - a practical philosophy for handling life's inevitable complications so you can reclaim your focus, energy and happiness. We'll break down:

- What "Wrap-Up" really means
- What we call "Crap" in our lives
- Why this strategy matters
- How to actually implement it

This is part of our "No More Nonsense Please" series, where we tackle life's fundamentals in a direct, practical way. So if you're ready to stop wasting energy on what doesn't matter and start wrapping up what does, let's begin.

First, let's understand what "Wrap-Up" means in various contexts:

Dictionary Definition:
- To conclude or complete something
- To bring something to a final state
- To summarize or provide closure

Common Usage Examples:
- In business: "Let's wrap up this meeting"
- In personal life: "I need to wrap up this conversation"
- In projects: "Time to wrap up this task"

But here's the key insight: "Wrap-Up" is about CLOSURE. It's about taking something unfinished, unresolved or ongoing to a definitive end point.

Real-Life Examples of "Wrapping Up":
  1. RELATIONSHIP: You end a conversation that was bothering you instead of letting it fester. You "wrap it up" with honest communication and resolution.
  2. WORK: You complete a project properly instead of leaving it hanging. You "wrap it up" with all loose ends tied up.
  3. EMOTION: You acknowledge your anger/disappointment about something, process it and move forward. You "wrap it up" emotionally.
  4. DECISION: You make a decision about something you've been uncertain about, instead of staying in limbo. You "wrap it up" decisively.
The Power of "Wrapping Up" - When something is "Wrapped Up," it's:
✓ Concluded
✓ Resolved
✓ Complete
✓ No longer consuming energy
✓ Mentally and emotionally closed

Without wrapping things up, they stay open, incomplete and drain your mental energy indefinitely.

Now, in this article, "Crap" doesn't just mean poor quality things or negativity. We're using "Crap" to describe the mental, emotional and situational clutter that clutters our lives.

In the context of "Wrap Up Crap", we define "CRAP" as Unresolved issues, lingering problems, incomplete situations and mental baggage that consume your energy without adding value to your life.

Types of "Crap" You Experience:
  1. EMOTIONAL CRAP:
    - Unresolved arguments with friends/family
    - Hurt feelings you haven't addressed
    - Regrets you're carrying
    - Guilt about past mistakes
    - Anxiety about uncertain situations

*Example: You're carrying resentment from an unresolved conflict that keeps replaying in your mind and affecting your mood.
  2. MENTAL CRAP:
    - Indecision about important choices
    - Overthinking past events
    - Worrying about things you can't control
    - Negative self-talk

*Example: You remain uncertain about an important decision for an extended period, letting the indecision drain your mental energy and create anxiety.
  3. SITUATIONAL CRAP:
    - Unfinished projects
    - Incomplete conversations
    - Unanswered questions
    - Pending decisions

*Example: You have a task or responsibility you've been postponing and it continues to linger in your mind.
  4. RELATIONAL CRAP:
    - Unspoken feelings
    - Unexpressed boundaries
    - Unresolved conflicts
    - Unclear expectations

*Example: You have unspoken feelings or unresolved tensions with someone, but you haven't communicated about it directly.
The Common Denominator: All "Crap" has ONE thing in common - it's UNRESOLVED. It stays in your mind, consuming mental bandwidth, creating stress and preventing you from moving forward with full focus and energy.

Why It Matters: Every piece of unresolved crap is like a browser tab left open on your computer. It slows everything down, even if it's in the background. You might not be actively thinking about it, but it's using your mental energy.

The cost? Lost focus, decreased productivity, emotional drain and inability to fully enjoy the present moment.

You might think, "I already know what crap is in my life. Why do I need to wrap it up? Can't I just ignore it?" Great question. Let's answer it.

THE COST OF NOT WRAPPING UP CRAP:

Consider this: How much time do you spend thinking about unresolved issues?
Research shows that people spend:

- 25% of their mental energy on past regrets
- 30% worrying about uncertain futures
- 15% dwelling on unresolved conflicts

That's 70% of your mental energy spent on things you can't change or control!

Real-Life Consequence:
  1. PRODUCTIVITY SUFFERS: You're supposed to focus on an important task, but your mind keeps drifting to an unresolved issue. Your attention is divided and your output suffers.
  2. RELATIONSHIPS DETERIORATE: You're upset with someone but won't address it. The resentment builds. The relationship becomes strained. What started as a small issue becomes a big problem.
  3. STRESS & ANXIETY ACCUMULATE: Each unresolved issue adds to your stress. Individually, they might seem minor. But cumulatively, they create anxiety that affects your sleep, health and mood.
  4. DECISION-MAKING BECOMES HARDER: When your mind is cluttered with crap, making clear, rational decisions becomes difficult. You're operating from a place of emotion and distraction, not clarity.
  5. HAPPINESS ELUDES YOU: You can't fully enjoy the present moment because your mind is occupied with unresolved past or uncertain future. Genuine happiness requires presence.
When you take the time to "Wrap Up Crap," something powerful happens:

MENTAL CLARITY: Your mind is free to focus on what matters.
EMOTIONAL PEACE: You're not carrying the weight of unresolved issues.
BETTER DECISIONS: You can think clearly without emotional clutter.
STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS: Issues are addressed, not festering.
INCREASED ENERGY: Mental energy that was wasted is now available for growth.
PRESENT MOMENT: You can actually enjoy life right now, not tomorrow.

Wrapping up crap isn't about being perfect or resolving everything perfectly. It's about taking action to close the loop on unresolved issues so they stop consuming your energy.

HOW TO WRAP-UP CRAP: A PRACTICAL GUIDE

Step 1: IDENTIFY & ACKNOWLEDGE THE CRAP
- Write down what's bothering you
- Be specific about the issue itself (not the person/situation)
- Don't minimize it - acknowledge it fully
- Understand what type of crap it is (emotional, mental, situational, relational)

Step 2: ASSESS THE IMPACT
- How much mental energy is this consuming?
- How is this affecting your focus?
- How is this impacting your relationships?
- How is this affecting your mood and well-being?
- Acknowledge the cost of carrying this unresolved

Step 3: DECIDE ON AN ACTION - This is where closure happens. Different types require different actions:
  1. FOR EMOTIONAL CRAP:
    - Have the necessary conversation
    - Express your feelings clearly
    - Listen to understand
    - Seek resolution or acceptance
  2. FOR MENTAL CRAP:
    - Make the decision
    - Set a deadline
    - Take the step forward
    - Stop postponing
  3. FOR SITUATIONAL CRAP:
    - Complete the task
    - Have the conversation
    - Answer the question
    - Take required action
  4. FOR RELATIONAL CRAP:
    - Communicate honestly
    - Express what you need
    - Set clear boundaries
    - Address the issue directly
Step 4: EXECUTE WITH COMMITMENT
- Don't overthink or delay
- Set a timeline and follow through
- Take decisive action
- Accept that perfection isn't required

Step 5: LET IT GO & MOVE FORWARD
- Acknowledge you've taken your part
- Accept what you cannot control
- Release it from your mind
- Redirect your energy forward

*The temporary discomfort of action is worth it. Permanent discomfort of carrying unresolved issues is not.

Remember: Wrapping it up means you've done your part. It doesn't require perfect outcomes. It requires action.

Yes, I know it's easy to talk about wrapping up crap, but executing it is the real challenge. Yet this is the only path to inner peace - when you finally address what's been haunting you, you reclaim your presence and can fully enjoy every moment of your life.

Today's Mantra: "Taking action creates closure. Closure creates peace. Peace creates happiness."

Angels and Demons.

Throughout history, humanity has grappled with the eternal struggle between good and evil. Whether we call them Angels and Demons, divine and evil forces or the light and dark sides of human nature, these concepts have shaped our moral compass, guided our choices and defined what it means to be human.

This article explores these profound concepts across history, philosophy, religion and human psychology - examining their relevance to our moral choices and personal growth.

An "Angel" is generally a supernatural being or spirit, usually humanoid in form, found in various religions and mythologies. The term "Angel" has also been expanded to various notions of spirits found in many other religious traditions.

In art, angels are often depicted with wings on their back, a halo, robes and various forms of glowing light. The word "angel" comes from the Greek word "anglos," which means "messenger" in Hebrew. Angels are traditionally depicted as appearing in human form, often surrounded by glowing light or an aura of radiance.

The role of angels includes protecting, guiding human-beings and carrying out God's task. Often, especially in cases of averted tragedy or disaster - angels will not be seen at all, but instead their presence recognized by their actions. If something good, unexpected, and seemingly inexplicable happens, it's often assumed to be the result of divine or angelic intervention. Indeed, the word "angel" has come to describe any hero or benefactor. Though angels, by their nature, serve God, they also serve mankind directly. Angels are believed to assist in matters both profound and seemingly mundane - from healing the sick and finding lost keys to guiding lost souls and inspiring human compassion. Many believe that angels come when summoned and there is a long tradition of people using magic spells and charms to bring angels to them.

Having examined the nature of angels as divine beings, we now turn to their counterpart: "DEMON".

The term "Demon" is also defined as an supernatural being but associated with Evil [*Evil is defined as the opposite or absence of good] where in general we can say demon is completely opposite to the term angel. A demon is believed to be a spiritual entity that influences a person’s character which is considered as demonic possession, an exorcism is performed.

A demon is also referred to as the enemy of God and Humankind.

Actually, if we go through history, we will find the definition of Demon has been remodel in many religions, literature, fiction, mythology, folklore; as well as in media such as comics, video games, movies and television series.

Today, if you conduct research on "Angels and Demons", then you will find many variations in concepts and theories by many religions, myths, literature, fiction and other factors. Actually most know about the term "Angels and Demons" as per the community or by other factor influence but the important point to understand is, why these terms are used or explained from an era to us, what exactly the role or importance of these terms in our life, do they really exist, if yes then where we can seek them?

Now when you look into the fact - many human believe in God, as so he believe in Angel and Demon in a different form. Lets say God, Angels or Demons are fake, they are not real then that means we are denial to our ancestor history and their belonging which was gifted as inheritance.

So is it our ancestor was moron or is it us?

Human evolved themselves physically, socially, mentally, technically and in all those aspect which we can think or have knowledge about. And the generation we are in today, human race only believe in strong evidence. If we talk about the evidence in relevance to god, angel or demon; we can witness the ancient sculpture, myths, literature and many other source but they provide us theoretical or visual understanding for their existence but none of them prove its true. To be honest as individual, I really don't know who can prove their existence instead of claims. However, I generally respect all the concepts, art, sculpture, philosophy, myths, theories and sources provided by our ancestor which actually en-light us with our history.

But we need to understand - Why our ancestor was more focused on this concept to socialize and Why this concept been adopted by many religions, tribe, community on social platform? Were they misguided or genuinely visionary? Actually if you look into the facts, you will find no source of evidence in relevance to God, Angel or Demon but the only common and direct connection was Human.

True or Lie but all it was witness and depicted by Human, might be for Human or Humanity.

Humans evolved from the great apes hominids; which means we traveled a long journey from Animal to Human.

But what makes us different from animals when both eat, sleep, think and communicate. Actually humans have a highly developed brain which enlarge the ability of complex reasoning, use of language, to solve difficult problems, use of senses to describe thoughts and feelings. Human took centuries to develop such skills and abilities to be different from any other species. So human race doesn't appeared on this earth instantly, life on earth is a result of evolved microscopic organism in billions of years.

Now we will continue understanding the Ancestor theories, concepts and the relevance of today's topic in our life.

As human, we all are individual and unique by their gender, religion, community, knowledge, social, physical and mental state. Our individuality and uniqueness leads the action, behavior and belief without any analyzation or judgement on it. Today, you can seek humanity where you can also see the dark side of human cruelty which results to criminal, terrorist and many activities which we do in our daily life but never realize. This is 21st century and we can't deny the inhumanity and cruelty still there in human which queue us with animal.

Hereafter, if we look back then imagine, what could be the situation of human individuality and uniqueness without any law, direction, restriction, morality and many such factors which really make us human. Even our ancestor knows, no one can change it with a blink of eyes hence they came up with such concept of god, angel, devil, demon and such supernatural being who are superior then human kind to show them a better direction, setting up the meaning of humanity and humankind. Because all this concepts, stories, theories set an definition of good or bad, positivity or negativity, humanity or inhumanity, dark or light which shows us actual path to being an real human.

Today, we are in 21st century where each individual grown up with particular aspect depend upon the situations, education, knowledge, guidance, society, environment, adaptable nature and many more. Physiologically our mentality, behavior and act is based on agreement and disagreement of facts. But its just a matter of time and direction which leads human accordingly.

What all this about and How it's impact our life?

Human is just like a Coin which has two sides, either positive or negative and more precisely its defined as Angels and Demons. We are human but if Angel and Demon exist, then both exist in us. We need to identify - what we carry, what we are and what we are going to be?

The great mind of ancestor already knew that they can't change any one personality by dictatorship or leadership where they can influence the upcoming generation with such stories, sculptures, drawings, philosophy, theories and many source of artifacts to lead them forward on path of humanity. First we need to understand, as an individual if we can't fix our-self then we can't expect the change around us.

On individual platform, We need to pick a time for our-self where nothing influence us and we stay focused. We need to use our brain for self analyses on our thought process, the acts which we generally perform, the pointers which make us weak and we change our-self. Human nature is adaptive where we try to change our-self as per time, state and situation but when we're talking about the change in our-self in between, that's really a point where you are dealing with Demon because if you do good, you satisfy yourself. So is your Demon stronger then your Angel or its always your Demon who overcome your Angel?

So try to think about it and look for a way to make your Angel strong where building a strong mentality, keeping patience and more than thinking positive doing good will satisfy you and your Angel. Yes, when there is a dark night then there is a beautiful sun rise which means there is always a light or hope to save our angel inside us, also to stop our Demon to overcome and impact our life.

Its always on us to choose "Angel or Demon".

Method in Madness...

Today, we're adding one more blog to our No More Nonsense series on Method in Madness [MiMs].

Yes, I know - you're wondering: What is this? Why this topic? Is it relevant or just a waste of time?

This topic unpacks the state of madness with mind-boggling facts that turn nonsense into sense. Stay tuned and read on...

In today's world, there are many theories, concepts and ways to explain madness. But the simple question still persists: What is madness?
Defining Madness:

In simple terms, madness is often seen as a mental illness. But do we truly understand mental illness? It's typically a disorder where someone can't grasp their current circumstances.

I know you're still piecing it together... Keep reading - every amazing fact needs the right setup for impact.

So lets look into some famous quotes on Madness:
  • Aristotle: No great mind has ever existed without a touch of madness.
  • Ambrose Bierce: Mad, adj. Affected with a high degree of intellectual independence.
  • J.K. Rowling: First sign of madness, talking to your own head.
  • Albert Einstein: Insanity - Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
  • Wei Hui: Crazy people are considered mad by the rest of the society only because their intelligence isn't understood.
  • Gustave Flaubert: Doubt … is an illness that comes from knowledge and leads to madness.
Now I hope we're on the same track - you're catching up with me. Let's explore some more madness.
Every individual is unique physically and mentally, creating varied skills, willpower and viewpoints on madness. But human adaptability in surroundings, society or environment creates gaps in understanding it. Madness is a symptom of being different and unique - apart from the world. Madness always needs direction; without it, it's just mental disorder or unbalanced.
In my opinion, MAD stands for Making A Difference.

If you dream big - something that doesn't fit today's world - put hesitation aside and make it real.
Deep inside, build belief without expectations. Add focus and hard work to earn the MAD tag.

The MAD Geniuses:

The world called these great personalities "mad" until their work proved them geniuses.

Scientists Who Defied Logic:
  • Isaac Newton unlocked gravity under an apple tree, then secretly pursued alchemy as the last great alchemist.
  • Nikola Tesla built robot precursors, fluorescent lights, and particle beam weapons decades before they existed.
  • Marie Curie isolated radioactivity—earning two Nobel Prizes—while society called her work dangerous madness.
Leaders Who Changed History:
  • Alexander the Great (Sikander) conquered the known world by age 32, blending cultures others called impossible.
  • Mahatma Gandhi used non-violence to free a nation, defying British empire logic.
  • Steve Jobs envisioned pocket computers and touchscreens when phones were just for calling.
Really MAD
In this world, if you think differently, be different - think different, do different and really Make A Difference [M.A.D.]. Never mind the criticism. Don't fear showing your difference. The only thing that matters is what you believe and who you want to become.

MAD - Make A Difference
Method in Madness - In this world there are many ways to be an MAD. So be MAD and make your own Method in Madness.

Being MAD isn't hard, but the method you choose defines you. I hope one day I find my own Method in Madness
