SmokeRs will Smoke...

Today we are picking up a topic on Smokers because after making a deep analysis by internet surfing found the stats where we will find about 2.0 billion (39.7%) people smoke. But the major concern among us, it's drastically inclining. Hence we will try to understand about Smokers and Smoke because most are judgmental with out any understanding.

No, this article is not for justifying the Smoker's or to encourage the people for Smoke, its all about knowing the Smoker's mentality, behavior and attitude. Also a knowledge bite for Smoker's, what exactly they intake.

Everyone knows that the Smoke is injurious to health; due to which you can face hazardous diseases in your life. Actually, smoking contributes direct impact on mouth, kidney, liver, bladder, pancreas, stomach, colon, rectum, lung and heart. Plus smoking decrease the effects of healing or controlling any disease or ailments related to oxygen in the blood. It can also create problems with testing and some medicines.

What's in Cigarette Smoke?

Cigarette smoke contains over 4000 chemicals and 69 of these are known to cause cancer. Even if someone doesn't smoke, still can get sick from these poisonous chemicals just by passive smoking.

What exactly Smoker's intakes, when they smoke a cigarette:

 - Tar, a black, sticky substance that contains many poisonous chemical such as: ammonia (found in floor and window cleaner), toluene (found in industrial solvents) and acetone (found in paint stripper and nail polish remover).
 - Nicotine, the addictive drug in tobacco.
 - Carbon Monoxide, a poisonous gas that reduces the amount of oxygen taken up by a person's red blood cells.
 - Hydrogen Cyanide, the poison used in gas chambers during World War ll.
 - Metals, including lead, nickel, arsenic (white ant poison) and cadmium (used in car batteries).
 - Pesticides such as methoprene (found in flea powder).
 - Other Chemicals such as benzene (found in petrol) and naphthalene (found in mothballs) are also in tobacco smoke.

Always an Smoker slogan "no smoke no fun", is smoking pleasurable but why?
Smoking pleasure is due to constant Nicotine withdrawal. Cigarette smoke contains a natural substance called nicotine which is primarily absorbed in the lungs. Nicotine stimulates and massages the pleasure centers of brain providing satisfaction and enjoyment.

 - The Taste: Smoking is an acquired taste just like coffee and alcoholic beverages. Once you find the perfect brand, you'll enjoy the taste every time. You'll also find the taste significantly enhanced with certain other flavors (like coffee, alcoholic beverages, and sweet foods).

 - The Tactile Stimulation. After one becomes a real smoker, the feeling of the smoke as it enters the lungs, how it feels as it swirls around deep inside your lungs and how it feels as it leaves the mouth or nose, all can provide feelings of pleasure.

 - Smoking is Addictive. Your body will become accustomed to the pleasure and the presence of nicotine in your system. Once the nicotine leaves your system, your body will begin to desire it and even create feelings of discomfort if the desire isn't met. Simply satisfying this urge and replenishing the supply of nicotine to your body feels good and reinforces the pleasures of smoking.

Now a days, smoking is very common and 1/4 population addictive to this habit. Even if we see around, its a new passion for youth to be a part of it.

Lets be more specific where we are not blaming anyone wrong or right. The facts which mentioned on this article till yet, only to provide awareness regarding smoke and its impact. Here we still need to understand: Smoking - why, how, when? then only we can judge Smoker's.

Smokey smokes knowingly at the cost life...

Why, When and How ?

Don't smokers already know the risks, yet light up anyway?

We fiercely justify our own addictions while scoffing at everyone else's nonsense.

No one is born addicted. Time, circumstances, situations and our own will ignite the spark for a particular vice. Take any non-addicted person and drop them into the real world - most likely, life will hook them on something. That's just a fact.

Some of the Smoker's start Smoking in such circumstances as follow :

 - For Fun,
 - For Show Off,
 - For relieving the stress,
 - For not to feel alone,
 - Influenced by other,
 - To be Relax,
 - To feel different and
 - Lots of other reasons.

Every coin has two sides - one positive, one negative. Life works the same way: highlight a few facts, and you'll always spot the duality.

Smokers tread a negative path, no doubt, shaped by those perspectives and circumstances. Yet sometimes, the very same factors flip results in a positive direction.

Take smoking: Many smokers don't light up for enjoyment, social status, style or any flimsy excuse. Often, there's a deeper story behind it - a personal struggle, stress relief or coping mechanism born from hardship.

We're not making excuses by tying habits to stories. Consider someone crushed by tragedy or suffering, abandoned by the world when they needed support most. Few smokers light up for these unarguable reasons:

 - To relax and relieve stress, pushing through work.
 - To forget the past, focus on the future, and build present-day momentum.
 - To re-experience lost moments.
 - To feel fresh like escaping reality or starting anew.
 - For laser-sharp concentration.
 - To spark creativity, unlocking imaginary worlds when the real one feels barren.

*And yes, plenty more valid reasons exist.

We all carry biases, but here's what smokers actually say about their habit: Smokers Point of View

 - No one wakes up saying, "Yes, daily smoking is my life goal." Life-shattering events broke them first. With no guide or escape in recovery, they got stuck with the stick.

 - We smoke to escape somewhere else. Think dark vs. smoke: Darkness blinds you completely; smoke just clouds the view. When life's pitch-black, smoking lets us cope and kid ourselves we're okay.

 -
Bob Marley nailed it: "Love the life you live. Live the life you love." Is life mere survival, or about thriving, making memories, staying alive? It's unpredictable—I could drop tomorrow, smoking or not. No regrets on my watch.

Some smokers defy judgment—at least from me. Thinking of their struggles leaves me grateful to God and my life for sparing me such phases.

"Smokers smoke! It doesn't make them wrong or bad - it just means they need better ways to quit than puffing away.

Put yourself in a smoker's shoes: Imagine the constant inner turmoil, the deep pain gnawing at them. Your view might clash with mine, wired differently as we are.

If you're not a smoker, pause before judging. Offer real help to quit or guide them toward healthier escapes. If that's not possible, step back - leave them be and drop the judgment. After all, "Smokers Will Smoke".

Nature serves as the ultimate architect of mankind's formation, growth and downfall, doling out resources with unerring balance. It gives freely, but it also reclaims without mercy.

Smoke emerges as one of nature's raw resources - born from the first great fire gifted to humanity. Today, fire fuels both progress and destruction.

"Smoke Signals" spark ingenious thought, yet carry destructive undertones. Perfect tie-in to your addiction duality: innovation veiled in harm.

No More Smoking, Please - "Easy to say, hard to do but at least worth make a try once"...

Every substance has limits; overuse spells disaster.

 - Why we overuse?

Addiction creeps in as humanity's curse, pushing us past boundaries. It doesn't just wreck your now - it also poisons your future. Every person battles some addiction; cross the line, and consequences cascade.

 - Smoking's Trap

For Smokers, each puff kills momentary pain. But leaning on cigarettes at every weak spot crafts a weaker self long-term. Most desperately want to quit, yet addiction grips too tight - saying "no more" feels impossible.

In this post, we've met smokers without excuses and those with compelling stories behind their habit. So why doesn't any ironclad reason to quit ever stick?

Smokers often have genuine motives to stop - health, family, future. But addiction's vise is too tight. Saying "No smoking" becomes impossible, trapped in the endless SMOKE RING.

"Puff-Puff, Pass" casts a dangerous spell on the next generation, luring youth into smoking through friend groups, trends, style, passion and dumb excuses.

Not everyone's the same. Some know how to fight back, staying strong against life's darkness. We aim to inspire: Challenges never vanish, but escape routes always exist. The road stays constant, even in shadows—just hold patience till dawn. After every night, hope rises with the sunrise.

For smokers ready to quit:

Breaking free isn't easy, but take that first step. Carve your own path, unearth one solid reason to stop, summon your inner strength and reclaim your true self.

Ask yourself these gut punches:
 - Why smoke for others when you've got no reason?
 - Why prioritize cigarettes over loved ones?
 - Why hide from reality in haze when smoke has become your new reality?

Many swear by meds, treatments or meditation as quick fixes.
Truth? Quitting's brutal, borderline impossible until you steel your willpower.

"Break the smoke ring. Be Unique, Be Different - Only dead fish go with the Flow."

Angels and Demons.

Throughout history, humanity has grappled with the eternal struggle between good and evil. Whether we call them Angels and Demons, divine and evil forces or the light and dark sides of human nature, these concepts have shaped our moral compass, guided our choices and defined what it means to be human.

This article explores these profound concepts across history, philosophy, religion and human psychology - examining their relevance to our moral choices and personal growth.

An "Angel" is generally a supernatural being or spirit, usually humanoid in form, found in various religions and mythologies. The term "Angel" has also been expanded to various notions of spirits found in many other religious traditions.

In art, angels are often depicted with wings on their back, a halo, robes and various forms of glowing light. The word "angel" comes from the Greek word "anglos," which means "messenger" in Hebrew. Angels are traditionally depicted as appearing in human form, often surrounded by glowing light or an aura of radiance.

The role of angels includes protecting, guiding human-beings and carrying out God's task. Often, especially in cases of averted tragedy or disaster - angels will not be seen at all, but instead their presence recognized by their actions. If something good, unexpected, and seemingly inexplicable happens, it's often assumed to be the result of divine or angelic intervention. Indeed, the word "angel" has come to describe any hero or benefactor. Though angels, by their nature, serve God, they also serve mankind directly. Angels are believed to assist in matters both profound and seemingly mundane - from healing the sick and finding lost keys to guiding lost souls and inspiring human compassion. Many believe that angels come when summoned and there is a long tradition of people using magic spells and charms to bring angels to them.

Having examined the nature of angels as divine beings, we now turn to their counterpart: "DEMON".

The term "Demon" is also defined as an supernatural being but associated with Evil [*Evil is defined as the opposite or absence of good] where in general we can say demon is completely opposite to the term angel. A demon is believed to be a spiritual entity that influences a person’s character which is considered as demonic possession, an exorcism is performed.

A demon is also referred to as the enemy of God and Humankind.

Actually, if we go through history, we will find the definition of Demon has been remodel in many religions, literature, fiction, mythology, folklore; as well as in media such as comics, video games, movies and television series.

Today, if you conduct research on "Angels and Demons", then you will find many variations in concepts and theories by many religions, myths, literature, fiction and other factors. Actually most know about the term "Angels and Demons" as per the community or by other factor influence but the important point to understand is, why these terms are used or explained from an era to us, what exactly the role or importance of these terms in our life, do they really exist, if yes then where we can seek them?

Now when you look into the fact - many human believe in God, as so he believe in Angel and Demon in a different form. Lets say God, Angels or Demons are fake, they are not real then that means we are denial to our ancestor history and their belonging which was gifted as inheritance.

So is it our ancestor was moron or is it us?

Human evolved themselves physically, socially, mentally, technically and in all those aspect which we can think or have knowledge about. And the generation we are in today, human race only believe in strong evidence. If we talk about the evidence in relevance to god, angel or demon; we can witness the ancient sculpture, myths, literature and many other source but they provide us theoretical or visual understanding for their existence but none of them prove its true. To be honest as individual, I really don't know who can prove their existence instead of claims. However, I generally respect all the concepts, art, sculpture, philosophy, myths, theories and sources provided by our ancestor which actually en-light us with our history.

But we need to understand - Why our ancestor was more focused on this concept to socialize and Why this concept been adopted by many religions, tribe, community on social platform? Were they misguided or genuinely visionary? Actually if you look into the facts, you will find no source of evidence in relevance to God, Angel or Demon but the only common and direct connection was Human.

True or Lie but all it was witness and depicted by Human, might be for Human or Humanity.

Humans evolved from the great apes hominids; which means we traveled a long journey from Animal to Human.

But what makes us different from animals when both eat, sleep, think and communicate. Actually humans have a highly developed brain which enlarge the ability of complex reasoning, use of language, to solve difficult problems, use of senses to describe thoughts and feelings. Human took centuries to develop such skills and abilities to be different from any other species. So human race doesn't appeared on this earth instantly, life on earth is a result of evolved microscopic organism in billions of years.

Now we will continue understanding the Ancestor theories, concepts and the relevance of today's topic in our life.

As human, we all are individual and unique by their gender, religion, community, knowledge, social, physical and mental state. Our individuality and uniqueness leads the action, behavior and belief without any analyzation or judgement on it. Today, you can seek humanity where you can also see the dark side of human cruelty which results to criminal, terrorist and many activities which we do in our daily life but never realize. This is 21st century and we can't deny the inhumanity and cruelty still there in human which queue us with animal.

Hereafter, if we look back then imagine, what could be the situation of human individuality and uniqueness without any law, direction, restriction, morality and many such factors which really make us human. Even our ancestor knows, no one can change it with a blink of eyes hence they came up with such concept of god, angel, devil, demon and such supernatural being who are superior then human kind to show them a better direction, setting up the meaning of humanity and humankind. Because all this concepts, stories, theories set an definition of good or bad, positivity or negativity, humanity or inhumanity, dark or light which shows us actual path to being an real human.

Today, we are in 21st century where each individual grown up with particular aspect depend upon the situations, education, knowledge, guidance, society, environment, adaptable nature and many more. Physiologically our mentality, behavior and act is based on agreement and disagreement of facts. But its just a matter of time and direction which leads human accordingly.

What all this about and How it's impact our life?

Human is just like a Coin which has two sides, either positive or negative and more precisely its defined as Angels and Demons. We are human but if Angel and Demon exist, then both exist in us. We need to identify - what we carry, what we are and what we are going to be?

The great mind of ancestor already knew that they can't change any one personality by dictatorship or leadership where they can influence the upcoming generation with such stories, sculptures, drawings, philosophy, theories and many source of artifacts to lead them forward on path of humanity. First we need to understand, as an individual if we can't fix our-self then we can't expect the change around us.

On individual platform, We need to pick a time for our-self where nothing influence us and we stay focused. We need to use our brain for self analyses on our thought process, the acts which we generally perform, the pointers which make us weak and we change our-self. Human nature is adaptive where we try to change our-self as per time, state and situation but when we're talking about the change in our-self in between, that's really a point where you are dealing with Demon because if you do good, you satisfy yourself. So is your Demon stronger then your Angel or its always your Demon who overcome your Angel?

So try to think about it and look for a way to make your Angel strong where building a strong mentality, keeping patience and more than thinking positive doing good will satisfy you and your Angel. Yes, when there is a dark night then there is a beautiful sun rise which means there is always a light or hope to save our angel inside us, also to stop our Demon to overcome and impact our life.

Its always on us to choose "Angel or Demon".

Never Mind, Don't Cry - The Attitude That Shapes Success

Life doesn’t always move in a straight line. We all face setbacks, failures and moments that shake us. In those moments, how we respond matters more than what actually happened.

One powerful mindset that helps us move forward is captured in a simple phrase: Never Mind, Don’t Cry. It’s more than encouragement - it’s an attitude that builds resilience, strength and clarity.

Today, many people use the phrase Never Mind casually - usually to end a conversation or walk away from conflict. But in reality, these words hold a deeper power. They teach us to let go of what we cannot control and protect our peace.

Let’s look at some powerful quotes:
  • The dream is to keep surprising yourself, never mind the audience. -Tom Hiddleston
  • Never mind what others do; do better than yourself, beat your own record from day to day and you are a success. -William J.H. Boetcker
  • Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. -Dr. Seuss

What Does ‘Never Mind’ Truly Mean?
When used positively, Never Mind represents:
▶ Focus on the goal instead of obstacles
 Letting go of failures gracefully
▶ Courage to start again from scratch
▶ Choosing peace over unnecessary drama

But the same attitude can turn negative when it becomes:
▷ Irresponsibility
 Avoidance of accountability
 Carelessness and lack of direction

The difference lies in purpose:

A person who knows their goals and responsibilities stays focused on progress. When setbacks come, they see challenges as opportunities to grow - not reasons to quit.

On the other hand, a negative take on Never Mind leads to avoiding responsibility, losing direction and constantly feeling stuck. Instead of learning from mistakes, frustration takes control because results don’t come instantly.

A strong Never Mind attitude means: acknowledge what happened, accept the lesson and move forward - even if it means starting from scratch.

A person with a positive Never Mind attitude says:
“I failed, but never mind - I’ll try again.”

A negative version says:
“Never mind - I don’t care.”

Which one are you choosing?
Crying is a genuine human emotion.
It is natural when we are hurt, heartbroken or overwhelmed by life. Emotions are real. Tears are real. We are human and emotions define us. Crying emotionally is honesty and no one should ever feel ashamed of expressing genuine emotions.

But when crying becomes:
▢ A Habit
▢ An Excuse
▢ A Signal of Giving-Up

Then, the word “Cry” lose emotional essence and refers to something entirely different:

▧ Crying as in making excuses.
▧ Crying as in complaining without taking action.
▧ Crying as in giving up at the first sign of difficulty.
▧ Crying as in blaming circumstances instead of improving yourself.

…it becomes a barrier between us and success.

When we talk about success and failure, this type of "Cry" is the real enemy. Because excuses never created success and complaints never solved problems.

Some famous quotes:
  • Cry a river, build a bridge and get over it.
  • You're allowed to scream & cry but do not to give up.
  • Crying is alright in its own way while it lasts, but you have to stop sooner or later and then you still have to decide what to do.

Why Connect ‘Don't Cry’ With Success?

We all feel deeply - joy, pain, loss, love, success, failure.

Life is made of moments that touch our hearts and some of those moments are so precious that they can never return or be fully explained.

Life is built from moments that move us, break us, inspire us, teach us and transform us.

Some moments are priceless - they shape us forever,
Some moments hurt - but they push us forward.

That’s life and those memories shape who we become.

▣ We cry because something matters.
▣ We cry because we care.
▣ We cry because our heart is alive.

Crying is not a weakness - especially in moments that truly matter.

But remember this: There is a difference between crying emotionally and crying as an excuse.

One expresses humanity. The other stops growth.

People who succeed are not those who never fell - they are the ones who kept getting up, again and again, even when giving up seemed easier. Behind every success story are nights of silent tears and invisible battles. True success comes to those who are relentless, determined and unshaken by failure.

Success is not built by avoiding emotions. Success is built by channeling emotions into progress.

Quotes to Remember
  • Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.
  • If you don't fight for what you want, don't cry for what you lose.
  • Don’t cry waiting for miracles - work until you become one.

Never-Mind, Don't Cry

There are certain attitudes that have the power to transform our lives.
Some are rare, difficult to cultivate, yet incredibly powerful - they push us forward when life tests our strength.

One such mindset is: “Never-Mind, Don’t Cry.

It is choosing to rise instead of remaining stuck.

We need to be practical about our goals and dreams - because chasing success matters more than crying over setbacks. Life is short and every achievement leads to new dreams and desires.

We may have achieved a lot in the past, but we cannot stay stuck celebrating old victories - growth demands that we keep moving forward. So continue achieving, continue evolving and never stop because of setbacks. Crying over challenges only turns into an excuse that pulls you further away from your goals.

We cannot change the past and we cannot predict the future. But if we have a dream or a goal, we must work for it with full commitment. And if we fall along the way, we rise again.

Try hard. Try again. But don’t cry.
Try, try but don't cry..

Never-Mind - Don't Cry...
